“Cellophane Flowers” - The music of The Beatles & beyond re-interpreted for string quartet and voice.  The show is not your ordinary cookie cutter Beatles Tribute Show.  The act is fronted by the very talented Jeff Lubin on acoustic guitar and lead vocals, backed by an all “female” string quartet "unplugged" acoustic style, performing renditions of some of the greatest Beatles songs and rock music of all times.  The presentation is intimate and conversational including many “behind-the-scenes” anecdotes about the music and The Beatles themselves.

With a repertoire of 2 hours worth of music, the ensemble can either perform an all-Beatle show, or they can alternately perform a mixture of classic rock & contemporary artists. Song highlights include “Eleanor Rigby”, “She’s Leaving Home” & “A Day In A Life”; and other Beatles standards, and or non-Beatles faves include  “Viva La Vida” by Coldplay, & “Wonderwall” by Oasis and more.

They include many songs that The Beatles themselves never performed live, and that mostly all Beatle tribute acts simply cannot do because of the instrumentation.  Those songs include:  ELEANOR RIGBY, SHE’S LEAVING HOME, BECAUSE, MARTHA MY DEAR, MOTHER NATURE’S SON, many others.

Other non-Beatles songs include: Contempory artists such as Coldplay (Viva La Vida, The Scientist), Oasis (Wonderwall, Cast No Shadow) & Radiohead (Air Bag, Karma Police, No Surprises)
